This is a "moisture vaporator-" as seen on Tatooine in the Star Wars movies. I had two objectives for this personal project: Create a photo- realistic, high fidelity game- ready asset in a simple environment, and learn the Unreal 4 asset and lighting pipeline. I modeled the high and low poly meshes in Maya then brought into Substance Painter for normal baking and texturing. The sand texture for the terrain was sculpted in Mudbox.
